Cancellation Policy

Family photography is about capturing genuine connection, love, and the moments that make your family unique. My goal is to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience where authentic memories can naturally unfold. To provide the best experience possible, clients are asked to arrive on time, as late arrivals may shorten the session length. Anything more then 15 minuets will cause the session to be canceled and any money paid to be forfeit. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in the case of unsafe weather conditions. Families are encouraged to wear coordinated outfits in neutral or soft tones for the most timeless look. Children are welcome to take breaks as needed, and sessions are designed to be flexible and family-focused. While I will guide posing and interactions, I cannot guarantee specific reactions or cooperation from young children. Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within the discussed turnaround time. Raw, unedited images are not included. Clients may print and share their photos for personal use, but images should not be heavily altered or filtered after delivery. By booking a session, clients agree to trust my creative style and allow me to document their family with care and authenticity.
