Cancellation Policy

Maternity photography is designed to celebrate the beauty, strength, and excitement of this season of life. My goal is to create a comfortable and relaxed experience while capturing genuine moments and timeless images. To ensure the best possible session, maternity sessions are typically scheduled between 28–34 weeks of pregnancy, though timing may vary depending on comfort and personal preference. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time, as late arrivals may reduce session length. After 15 minuets of tardiness you choose to forfeit your money paid and the session is cancelled. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions. Clients are welcome to bring spouses, partners, and children unless otherwise discussed beforehand. Outfit coordination is encouraged, and client closet rentals are available. Sessions are guided but relaxed, allowing for both posed and natural moments. Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within the discussed turnaround time. Raw, unedited images are not included or delivered. Clients may print and share their images for personal use, but photos should not be heavily altered or filtered after delivery. By booking a maternity session, clients agree to trust my creative style and allow me to document this chapter with care and authenticity.
